New York State abortion referendum proposed procedural flaws Judge calls off

Summary by 大纪元 www.epochtimes.com

Doyle, a judge at the New York State High Court in Livingston County, ruled that the state legislature's Equal Protection of Law Amendment had been drafted in violation of the due process for statutory passage of the state constitution before the state attorney general had written an opinion on the wording of the amendment, so that the referendum proposal could not be placed on the November ballot.
