New Taipei City's Red-Yellow Single Opens Doors to More Places

At the New Taipei City Council meeting on 24 April, the Mayor of New Taipei City, Mr. Tomoyuki Hou, said that the New Taipei City Government had decided to widen the doors to 21 buildings damaged by the quake, including reducing the approval threshold from 90 per cent to 80 per cent, and rebuilding them by 1.5 times the original capacity.
