1,065hp Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster Is Brand’s Most Potent Open Top
Only 15 will be built, and Lamborghini says the hybrid open-top model is its most powerful convertible yet.
- Lamborghini unveiled the ultra-exclusive Fenomeno Roadster at the Lamborghini Arena in Italy, debuting a 1,065hp hybrid hypercar. Only 15 examples will be built, all allocated to hand-selected collectors.
- Building on the Revuelto platform, the Fenomeno Roadster continues Lamborghini's "Few-Off" strategy of low-volume collector vehicles. Engineers adapted the carbon-fiber monocoque and subframes to support the open-top configuration.
- Combining a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 with three YASA electric motors, the vehicle achieves approximately 1,065 horsepower. Lamborghini claims the roadster accelerates from 0-62 mph in 2.4 seconds and exceeds 211 mph.
- All 15 units are already allocated to vetted collectors, highlighting the profitability of ultra-exclusive hypercars as brand-building tools. Lamborghini applies electrification to enhance performance rather than merely meeting emissions regulations.
- While Lamborghini confirmed its first fully electric model will arrive later this decade, the company remains committed to high-revving combustion engines for flagship supercars. The Fenomeno Roadster may represent a final era of electrified V12 exotics before fully electric supercars like the Rimac Nevera dominate.
