New Hampshire man charged after careening across oncoming traffic lanes

Dustin Kay, 41, of Dover was driving a flatbed wrecker southbound when he lost control of the truck, for reasons that remain unclear. Investigators say the wrecker veered into the center median guardrail, crossed into the northbound lanes, and ended up in the woods on the other side of the highway, hitting several trees. Georgia Miller of Dover rear-ended the car in front of her while they both headed southbound. Kay was brought to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Miller was treated for minor injuries.
