Clark County Looks to Make Way for New Arts Center in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Clark County is taking its first major step -- demolition -- to breathe new life into the Historic Commercial Center. The county issued a request for bids to tear down 925 E. Sahara Avenue, a building now owned by the Clark County Redevelopment Agency.  It purchased the site in 2024 for $5 million.
