In the communiqué issued the day before the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, delivered the second speech on the state of the Union of the new mandate, the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), in the English acronym, calls on EU leaders to put the financing of democracy at the centre of the next Multiannual Financial Framework, which will support the priorities now chosen.
