N.C. winery finds unique solution when county stops recycling glass

Paper bottles use 82% less water to produce than a glass wine bottle, plus has 84% lower carbon footprint. The 9-acre vineyard in Elkin was planted in 2005 by founding owners Clyde and Patricia Coldwell.
