[Yomiuri Shimbun] Regarding the "foreign driver's license conversion" system, which allows a foreign driver's license to be converted into a Japanese license, National Police Agency Commissioner General Yoshinobu Kusunoki revealed at a regular press conference on the 22nd that the agency is considering tightening the screening process and revising the system to exclude foreign tourists from applying.
