The first increase, of S/100, will be applied from this 1st October, bringing the minimum vital remuneration to S/1 230. Meanwhile, the second increase will be S/70 and will take place during the first half of 2027.
The first adjustment of 100 soles will enter into force on 1 October, raising the minimum salary to S/ 1 230. The second tranche, equivalent to 70 soles, will take effect during the first half of 2027.
The leader told Canal N that the workers had proposed raising the RMV to S/1,300 in a single section, while employers proposed postponing part of the increase until after the El Niño Phenomenon.
The Minister of Labour, Juan Sheput, confirms that the Remuneration M nima Vital will rise to S/1,300 with a first increase since October 1, highlighting that the measure has a technical support and tripartite support.
