On May 15, 2025, in Chicago, NAHQ expanded its Micro-Credentials program by introducing a new credential focused on enhancing skills in performance enhancement and process optimization.
NAHQ expanded its Micro-Credentials program to offer busy healthcare professionals a customized learning experience focused on mastering key skills outlined in NAHQ’s healthcare quality competency standards.
The PPI Micro-Credential features self-paced multimedia content integrating PDCA, Lean methodologies, and project and change management principles.
Jennifer Pitts, NAHQ Vice President, explained that the NAHQ Micro-Credentials program enables learners to customize their education according to their unique goals and preferences.
This launch supplements NAHQ’s 2024 Health Data Analytics Micro-Credential and supports professionals at various expertise levels while more credentials remain in development.
