April 24 marks the 10th anniversary of the death of Papa Wemba, who died on stage at the Festival des musiques urbains d'Anoumabo (Femua) in Côte d'Ivoire. In Kinshasa, his native country, the Musée national de la rumba (Museum national de la rumba) tries to make live the artist's memory with a perched voice.
