According to the data of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs announced by the Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya, 937 thousand 369 babies were born in 2024. The most common names given to baby girls and boys last year, when 15 thousand 65 twins, 290 triplets and 6 quadruplets were born, have been revealed.
