Most favorable bid for Tartu Sõpruse Bridge renovation €6M above expectation

The best offer in the procurement for the renovation of the Sõpruse Bridge in Tartu was made by AS Tref, who quoted approximately €18.37 million for the work. This is nearly six million euros more than the city had originally planned for the construction work, and the Tartu authorities will soon need to decide how to proceed.
