Two men who welcomed minors into their homes for years as foster carers have been charged following complaints from 26 former wards, now adults, who accuse them of rape, sexual assault, and abuse, according to the Sarreguemines public prosecutor’s office.
On Monday, the Sarreguemines Public Prosecutor's Office reports that a third person is suspected of sexual abuse of minors placed in foster families in Moselle between 2009 and 2017. The first two persons involved are a couple of seven-year-olds residing in Rohrbach-lès-Bitche.
