Morrisons makes major change to stores to across the UK
The 350 kiosks enable label-free, box-free Amazon returns during weekly shopping, with rollout across UK Morrisons stores expected to finish by early 2026.
- Over the coming months, Morrisons will install 350 Amazon return kiosks across its UK stores, with rollout completed early next year.
- By scanning a QR code at the kiosk, customers can return Amazon parcels during their weekly grocery shop using Amazon's label-free, box-free returns system.
- Located next to Amazon Lockers or customer service desks, the kiosks join photo printing, parcel collection, Wash.Me laundromats, Timpson key cutting, and in-store cash deposit points.
- Customers will be able to see participating Morrisons branches listed during the Amazon returns process or verify availability via the Morrisons website store finder, Morrisons says the new service adds reasons to shop.
- Last week, Morrisons launched Talking Tills to offer slower checkouts, with a £50,000 donation from the Morrisons Foundation to finance 100 festive spreads and 400 meals.
