More than 500 foreigners were involved in an operation to monitor and verify migration in various parts of the northern zone of Lima, as part of actions aimed at strengthening migration control and contributing to national order and security. 140 members of the National Police and 41 immigration inspectors participated in the operation, who carried out interventions and verified the migration situation of 501 foreign citizens.
More than 500 foreign citizens were intervened during an operation of identity control and immigration verification in the northern part of Lima. The intervention was carried out from the Rimac to Ancon.
The operation was deployed from the Rimac to Ancon, covering streets and nightclubs. The authorities detected more than 200 citizens of different nationalities in an irregular migration situation, who were transferred to the Aliens Division.
