Montrose Boulevard Infrastructure Project delayed; residents concerned

HOUSTON (KIAH) -- Many Montrose residents are frustrated at the Montrose Boulevard Projects delay. They say it's causing a danger to the community. Residents say that cracked side walks make it unsafe for walking and biking. There are also drainage concerns.
