Monterey Peninsula Unified governing board to approve Marina field project and district-wide salary increase

Summary by Ground News
Marina High School is one of a few schools in Monterey County that doesn't have a home field for football or soccer games. The $12 million project will include new bleachers, scoreboards, field lighting and a synthetic turf field. The board will vote to approve the project and file a notice of determination, the last step before the project can go out to bid.
