The price of oil fell significantly on Monday and several chains are now lowering their gasoline prices.
Average diesel and gasoline prices at Lithuanian gas stations decreased by 0.94 percent and 0.39 percent, respectively, on Monday morning. At the same time, the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) increased by 0.52 percent, the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) reported.
The price of oil fell significantly on Monday and several chains are now lowering their gasoline prices.
In Lithuania, on Monday morning, compared to Friday, the average prices of gasoline and diesel decreased by 0.94 percent and 0.39 percent, respectively, while LPG prices increased by 0.52 percent. Information on fuel prices was submitted to the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) on August 3 by 73 fuel trading companies operating 756 gas stations, the LEA said in a press release.
