Missouri man sentenced to 'Hard 25' for fatal shooting in Wichita

The Sedgwick County district attorney's office said Tuesday that Judge Jeffrey Goering sentenced Donny Harris to life with parole eligibility after 25 years. He pleaded guilty in July to first-degree murder in the death of Julio Osborne.
