Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called on SCO countries to make greater use of the benefits of partnership to strengthen national economies.
"At the level of Heads of Government, a paper will be presented on a sufficiently broad range of issues - industry, agriculture, transport, banking and finance, interaction on international sites", said Pavel Utyupin, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, received in Dushanbe the heads of delegations attending the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which included the President of the Russian Government, Mikhail Mishustein.
