Quantum technology – there is a lot of future in this word. Around this key technology, various research institutions have now established a Saxon quantum network.
The new network "SAX-QT Quantum Saxony" will receive three million euros from the EU and the Free State of Saxony for its construction phase by the end of 2027. Today, Saxony's Minister of Science Sebastian Gemkow (CDU) has promised this at the start of the project in Dresden. The money will help "enable a permanent structure", "creating national and international visibility and enabling a close connection to European pilot lines".
