"He was not a provocateur. He was his own person, original and unique," former President Václav Klaus recalls in an interview for iDNES.cz about his friend Milan Knížák. In recent weeks, he regularly visited him in the hospital, the last time being two days before his death. The former director of the National Gallery died on Sunday at the age of 86.
