Microsoft email services gradually recover after worldwide disruption

- Reports for both services began declining around 2:30 p.m. ET, though complaints about Microsoft Outlook remained as high as 4,382 reports just after 3 p.m., as Microsoft continues applying its solution broadly once efficacy is confirmed.
