Miami's MAC Tourney Run Ends in 3-1 Loss to Kent State

AVON, Ohio – The RedHawks fell to Kent State Friday 3-1 after being held to three hits in their second game of MAC Tournament play. Starting pitcher Clayton Burke excelled for Miami in the defensive battle, pitching 7.1 innings and allowing just five hits and two runs. The RedHawks fall to 38-17 (25-8 MAC) with the victory while the Golden Flashes improve to 41-14 (21-12 MAC).
