An international court found that Mexico failed to comply with its obligations under NAFTA and caused financial damage to Vulcan Materials. The publication Mexico will pay nearly $16 million to Vulcan Materials after a ruling by the international tribunal appeared first in the CEO.
The Registry of Economics stated that the final award issued by the Arbitral Tribunal in the case initiated by Legacy Vulcan LLC, a subsidiary of Vulcan Materials Company, to the ICSID, is already public and can be consulted on the official website of the ICSID.
