Men in Norway earn on average 13 percent more than women. Women who work in the same sector, industry and profession, and have the same length of education, experience and similar position size, earn 8 per cent less than men. This is shown in a new report from the Institute for Social Research, which has been commissioned by the Ministry of Culture and Equality.
