- MedReview brings over 50 years of experience in payment integrity, while Vital Data Technology, founded in 2005, uses AI-driven analytics to improve clinical and financial outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Vital Data will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedReview. Gail Donovan, Chairperson of the Board for MedReview, said 'The addition of Vital Data' reflects a shared vision for innovation.
