- The Dimensity 9600 Pro marks MediaTek's first chipset using a 2-nanometer process node, delivering a 61% reduction in multi-core power consumption compared to the previous generation.
- For gaming, the new GPU enables console-quality performance at up to 185 frames per second, while the NPU 1090 boosts token generation by 55% for complex on-device AI applications.
- Smartphones using these processors are expected to debut later this year, competing with Qualcomm's Snapdragon line, which typically powers Samsung's Galaxy devices in the United States.
