Median single-family home prices rose 68% since June 2020 amid a drop in listings from 8,000 to under 3,000 and a shift to multifamily housing permits.

New data is showing the cost of a single-family home is still on the rise across the Granite State. The New Hampshire Association of Realtors says median sales prices for those homes were up over two-percent in February to 525-thousand dollars. And the cost of townhouse-condo properties increased more than six-percent to 405-thousand dollars. Right now, there are about 13-hundred homes for sale statewide.
