‘Meatpreneurs’ workshop to be held Saturday in Willmar, Minnesota

WILLMAR Local meat processors are working with the Minnesota Farmers Union Bottleneck Project Team to find apprentices, with the eventual intent of helping those apprentices to set up their own shops.A "Meatpreneurs" workshop is set for Saturday, April 20, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 713 12th Street S.W. in Willmar.
