McDonald's buys 40 percent of its raw materials from Portuguese suppliers.

Together with goods suppliers and retailers, McDonald's works with 787 Portuguese companies, representing about 73 percent in volume and 57 percent in value of the total purchases made by the fast food chain in Portugal.
