- Following an agreement announced on August 21, 2025, McCormick & Company Inc. said the expanded ownership of McCormick de Mexico aims to strengthen global flavor leadership and growth in Mexico and Latin America.
- Financing for the deal came from cash on hand and commercial paper, and McCormick said the transaction is expected to be accretive to net sales, adjusted operating margin, and adjusted earnings per share in 2026.
- The company will provide fiscal 2026 guidance inclusive of the acquisition on its fourth quarter earnings call on January 22, 2026, and expects minimal impact on Net Debt to Adjusted EBITDA, McCormick said.
