Mass. contractor did not report $3.1 million in revenue to IRS, DOJ says

Marcelo De Oliveira, 39, formerly of Everett, was charged with four counts of filing false tax returns, Levy’s office said in a statement. He previously worked as the owner of De Oliveira Carpentry, Inc.
