Mass. contractor did not report $3.1 million in revenue to IRS, DOJ says

A man formerly from Everett was charged in connection with filing false tax returns for his residential carpentry company, Acting United States Attorney Joshua Levy’s office announced. Marcelo De Oliveira, 39, formerly of Everett, was charged with four counts of filing false tax returns, Levy’s office said in a statement. He previously worked as the owner of De Oliveira Carpentry, Inc.
