Maple Ridge woman wins at archery nationals

A Maple Ridge archer has won national gold. Gabrielle Courtorielle took the women’s barebow class at the Canadian Target Nationals. Competing at the national championships in Gravenhurst, Ont. from Aug. 7 to 15, she qualified for the finals in fourth place, and then shot her way into a match for gold and silver.
