Manresa once again calls for the expulsion of the Guardia Civil to turn the barracks into a social space

The municipal council of Manresa, in Bages, has again asked for the money to be taken out of the town's quarter after demanding it 5 years ago to devote the space to social uses. In 2019, when it was voted in the same direction, the motion had no practical effect.
