Man who died after being found injured would have been arrested in murder probe
Police Scotland said a 38-year-old man would have been arrested over the killings of Paul Lafferty and Gary Beaton.

- Lafferty and Beaton were found with serious injuries at a property in Chancellor Street, Partick, on Sunday, August 16, and were pronounced dead at the scene.
- Detectives have seized more than 4,000 hours of CCTV footage and visited more than 170 properties as part of their extensive investigation into the murders.
- The 38-year-old suspect's death is not being treated as suspicious, Police Scotland confirmed, while an investigation remains ongoing with a report to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
