Man must tear down 'highly unsympathetic' cladding on Wiltshire home

Summary by Ground News
Tim Stephenson was granted planning permission for alterations in 2009. He finished the extension at the time but the rendering of the original home was delayed. Approximately ten years later, Mr Stephenson completed the work. For energy efficiency and to combat damp issues, the front of the building was fitted with insulation prior to being rendered. Mr Stephenson applied for retrospective planning permission but this was refused.
