Man killed in use-of-force incident involving Rochester Police Department
A man was killed in a deadly use-of-force incident involving the Rochester Police Department late Wednesday night, RPD said in a statement. RPD said when attempting to take a man into custody, the man grabbed an RPD officer's gun and was fatally shot by another officer.
