Man gets at least 10 years in MDOC after admitting guilt to St. Joseph County sex crime

CENTREVILLE, MI (WTVB) – A man who entered a guilty plea on February 15 to a charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct was sentenced on Friday in St. Joseph County Circuit Court. 38-year-old Richard Frank Jackson was ordered to serve at least ten years in the Michigan Department of Corrections.
