Man found shot on walking trail in Gretna

Gretna police responded to the 70 block of the Westbank Expressway under the highrise after receiving a call of an unresponsive man around 9:24 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12. When Gretna PD and EMS arrived, they found the victim, Ronald McClure, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. Through investigation, police discovered that there were two suspects involved in the shooting, 19-year-old Maurrio Antonio and a teen boy. Antonio and the juvenile were arrested Wednesday morning.
