Man drowns taking pictures of a waterfall in Maple Ridge

A man has drowned while trying to take photos of a waterfall by the entrance to Golden Ears Provincial Park. Maple Ridge RCMP said they were called to the incident just after 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 3, after receiving reports of a possible drowning around the 24000 block of Fern Crescent.
