VANCOUVER - A man has been arrested and charged in a fatal stranger attack in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.

A Vancouver Police investigation has resulted in the arrest of a suspect now facing a second-degree murder charge in the killing of a Downtown Eastside resident, Mark Andrew Roasa, two weeks ago.
