Man charged with murder of woman who died in the street remanded in custody

At about 23:45 GMT on Saturday, police found Tania Williams, in her 40s, injured and pronounced dead at Catherine Gardens, Thorpe St Andrew.
Raymond Williams, 61, was arrested in Dereham Road on Sunday and charged with the murder of his ex-partner on Tuesday.
In a two-minute hearing on Wednesday, Williams spoke only to confirm personal details and was not asked to enter a plea, with his address given as Catherine Gardens.
Remanded in custody, Williams is due to appear before Norwich Crown Court on Thursday after being charged with murder.
