Man charged in gruesome murder in Whitingham
WHITINGHAM- A Whitingham man pleaded not guilty to second degree murder in Windham Criminal Court Wednesday afternoon. Justin Stacy, 30, was charged with second degree murder in the death of Robert J. Francis, 75, in early February. Following his arraignment, Stacy was ordered held without bail pending an evidentiary hearing.
