Charles Alia, 24 of Sugerland, TX, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was recorded telling a woman, “I will kill you”. Reports stated that the victim recorded the threats at an apartment on Newman Road off Shorter Avenue. Alia is charged with terroristic threats/acts. Source
