Romanians who buy cigarettes, tobacco or alcohol from another Member State of the European Union and transport them to the country for their own consumption must now respect clear time intervals between transports.
ANAF and the Romanian Customs Authority have established the periods during which the quantities of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages transported from another EU State cumulate, in accordance with an order published in the Official Monitor on 6 August.
