(KRON) -- Hundreds of employees will be laid off from a Bay Area-based electric vehicle maker. According to a California WARN report, 319 Lucid Motors employees are losing their jobs, effective on April 21. The employees are based in Lucid's headquarters in Newark on Gateway Boulevard.
