Lone fishermen with no propeller brought back into Leven River

A fisherman lost his boat's propeller on rocks about 600 metres into Bass Strait off the mouth of the Leven River. Marine Rescue Ulverstone commanding officer Anthony Flannery was completing some computer work at base about 8pm when he heard a "PAN PAN" message came through on VHF channel 16.
