Tina Westbay works in the kitchen. Tina Westbay was only 5 years old when her father, Carey Hetrick, opened Carey’s Lounge in Cherokee in 1973. Three years later he opened Carey’s Restaurant and Steakhouse in the adjoining building to the bar and a community staple was established.
